Also available at Newry Sports Massage is Kinesio Taping.

Kinesio tape is used to reduce inflammation caused from sports injuries, and in the healing process of aching and overused tired muscles and joints.  It can provide support to the injured area for up to 3/4 days, 24 hours a day and can be applied to any area of the body.  Prices for Kinesio tape can be added into your massage treatments for an extra cost of £2 per application tape.  If tape was to come off before 3/4 days which is rare but if it does then just get in touch and I will happily reapply the tape for you.
